Engineer. Leader. Builder.

I'm Hamed Alvandi — an engineering leader who writes the first line of code and then builds the team around it. Over 14+ years I've shipped across React Native and native mobile, backend architecture, AI multi-agent pipelines, and application security. Today I lead a 20-person engineering org at Sepehran Airlines and found technical startups as CTO. On the side I research application security as a white-hat and have responsibly disclosed vulnerabilities to Ford, Toyota, Mars, and Experian.
